Hi, I’m Kylie – maker, creator, and founder of Richmond Botanicals Co., established in 2014.

With the help of my family, we are passionate about crafting unique, handmade products inspired by nature.

We love gardening, especially growing botanicals for our handcrafted creations. It’s the simple things that bring us joy.

Our goal is to run a sustainable business that’s kind to both people and the environment, minimizing single-use plastic wherever possible.

This journey began when we struggled to find locally made, natural bath and beauty products—so we decided to create our own. We wanted products with plant-based, organic, and wildcrafted ingredients.

It all started with cold-process soap, and the transformation in our skin was incredible—we were hooked! From there, we began formulating with organic butters, oils, clays, and locally grown botanicals, refining our recipes for decades.

Today, we make candles, soaps, skincare, perfumes, and home fragrances, all inspired by the breathtaking Tasmanian landscape. Each product is handcrafted in small batches in our Southern Tasmanian studio, using natural and organic ingredients like calendula, chamomile, rose, and rosemary—some of our favorite botanicals. Our skincare, body, and haircare range features Tasmanian blue gum extracts and wildcrafted organic Tasmanian seaweed powders.
